We chose Complete Care at Heritage because it is close to home, and my dad has been there for rehab one time. The staff is good, and the service is fine. They have activities like bingo and stuff. He likes the food. The rooms are very clean.

I have been at Complete Care at Heritage for two weeks and I would like to share my review. First, the building is cleaned daily. My experience with the meals was very good. The staff for the most part was kind and courteous. I was there to rehab because of injuries and illness. The individuals that were assigned to me were excellent. They are very knowledgeable and were willing to discuss my progress to make sure I understood their goals for me. The physical therapy staff was excellent making sure I was physically able to go home and be safe. All in all, my stay was without any problems.
